Opening of 1000th rental service station in Europe

Boels Verhuur B.V., market leader for professional rental systems, opened its 1000th rental service station in Europe on 10 March 2008. The company has established itself in Europe with professional rental systems and gained an excellent reputation. Boels Verhuur B.V. has managed to generate growth through innovation. This is based on precise organisation, professionalism, reliability, flexibility and a range encompassing the latest machines and equipment. The product spectrum of the company, with the slogan "Boels rents almost everything!", encompasses hand tools, construction machines, construction equipment, trailers, earth-moving machines and equipment for events and festivals. Boels comprises three divisions: Machines, Party & Events and the DIY Rental Division. The latter encompasses the labels Boels DIY, RENTpartner, Trendrent, and the new member of the family, Rent-A-Tool.
Boels joins hands with the leading stores in the countries it serves. Its branches in the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, Romania and the Czech Republic are operated by well-known home improvement stores. These include Praxis, Formido, Gamma, Karwei, Brico, Multimate, Fixit and Max Bahr, Hornbach, Mobau and Toom.
"On the basis of international cooperation and the steadily increasing experience acquired in the past years, Boels has obtained a leading position in this market. The Boels rental service stations enable the partner home improvement store to offer customers temporary solutions to their needs. Excellent value for money, good service and a concept shaped by many years' experience in the rental business are key to our international success," says Franck van de Wijer (manager DIY Rental Division).
The DIY concept enables customers to use professional equipment and do difficult jobs in their house and garden themselves. Buying machines or equipment is often too expensive for minor or non-recurring jobs, so renting is an attractive alternative.
